A native of Lakeland, Florida, John relocated to Naples in 1959 and has been selling real estate in Collier County since 1963.
Besides holding the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations, he was the first Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) in Collier County, Florida.In 1987, John
completed a successful term as President of the REALTOR® Land Institute of Florida, the largest chapter in the U.S. and Canada. John was honored by the NAPLES AREA BOARD OF REALTORS® as both REALTOR®
Associate of the Year and REALTOR® of the Year during his real estate career and in 1977 was elected president of that organization. John keeps pace with ever changing market trends, financing,
environmental and political issues that affect value in Naples and Collier County. He is now a full team member with his wife, Patsy, and has concentrated primarily on marketing waterfront and golf course communities.
John served as the vice president of district 5 for the Florida Chapter of the Certified Residential Specialist in 1999 & 2000. The Florida Chapter is the largest chapter in the United States. This is a group
of professional REALTORS® that do about 90% of the real estate business in the National Association of REALTORS®. In April of 2004 John was honored to be selected the Naples Board of Realtors® Hall
of Fame of only 13 recipients. John is currently serving on the Naples Area Board of Realtors® Multiple Listing
Service Committee, the Collier County Map Task Force and the Lock Box Task
Force for 2008.
